ZF25 is mainly used for transferring filter rods to high speed cigarette making machine automatically. This is an important part for automatic filter rod production line, which is a necessary measure to increase the working efficiency, lower the labor force and improve the field management level.

Highlights:

ZF25 Filter Rod Shooting and Receiving Station includes two machines: YF25 shooting station and YF215 receiving station. The shooting station adopts the dynamic projecting principle, which includes the support frame, hopper, shooting module, electric system, and pneumatic system. The receiving station mainly includes the receiving slideway, portrait drive and control device, guiding device, transverse drive and transferring control device, and transverse transfer roller assembly.
