Application and Features

    1.Hot Air Fluidized Cut stem drier is designed for cut stem expansion and drying, it combine with steam jet                   conditioning machine be used in Pilot cut-stem processing line.

     2.The filling power of cut stem can be reached over 6cm3/g.

     3.Cut stem is fluidized by Hot air during expanding and drying, whole process just needs 6 seconds.

     4.The cut stem moisture content is adjustable.

     5.Build in Cut-stem pneumatic classifier for separate stem slivers conveniently.

     6.Special designed air heating system and structure, energy save.

     7.Minimum space requirement, simple operation and easy maintains
