The MC84R Rotary Cutter is a specialized cutting machine independently developed by our company for processing vegetables, tea leaves, traditional medicine, or similar materials.

The MC84R consists of a main frame, feeding belt, compression belt, knife disc, automatic sharpening device, automatic blade feeding mechanism, and a control system.

This machine integrates our proprietary innovative technologies and features servo drive, PLC, and touchscreen-based automatic control systems. It allows for multi-parameter setting and operation, meeting diverse production requirements.

e) Compressed Air: Minimum pressure 0.8 MPa; flow rate 0.4 m³/min; must be dried and filtered

f) Input Material: Tea leaves / vegetables / herbs with moisture content between 18% and 28%; no clumping; free of metal and other hard foreign substances
