It’s a horizontal type threshing machine, which can thresh and separating three times. There are two adverse current wind separators and one inertial wind separator in the wind separator. And it also equips with stem recycling devise to reseparate the stem and leaf again.
It was adopted advanced technology with rational allocation in threshing and winding. It can reduce the load of hitting equipments in a reasonable way, increase the width and area of the wind chamber, and improve the locus of tobacco leaves in wind chamber. And it can improve the separating rate to avoid hitting separated leaves repeatedly. The proper distance between the knife and hitting equipments, the form and specification of the cell are also good for the threshing processing.
The specification load of rolling is 0.82 kg/mm, which can maintain the tobacco stripping effect, large and medium sized leaf rate, and its rational structure. Variable frequency control system is used in leaf stripping rod of defoliator, filling rod of wind separator, and blower. You can set you operation station, and setup the machine according to different kinds of tobacco leaf. Auxiliary equipments are accord with main frame, and coordinated in pattern and modeling.The threshing line is adopted electrical automation system, which can achieve subsection control mode.
